A summoner at heart

A small addiction to a new book series... Summoner.
Book 1 - The Novice
Book 2 - The Inquisition
Book 3  - Due in 2017

Ok... so, luckily I stumbled across this book.
Those of you who know me will agree, I am not a reader at all. The less reading the better.. but I have found myself captivated by the wonderful story written by the very talented author Taran Matharu.

Taran Matharu

<3 <3 New York Times best selling author!! <3 <3

 The Novice,
(Book one)
Find it here - http://www.amazon.com/Novice-Summoner-Book-One-Trilogy/dp/125006712X/ref=la_B00N7EYOSA_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1464083226&sr=1-2

Now, his story is based around a character named Fletcher. He lives in the city of Pelt, which is in the the kingdom of Hominum. He is portrayed as an orphan boy, who was lucky to have been taken in as a babe, naked and crying in the snow by the caring Berdon, who of which is a blacksmith.

Berdon teaches Fletcher all he knows, and for many years they lived in this small town.
But one day, unlike any other, an encounter with a stranger changed Fletchers life forever.

Fletcher came into the possession of a summoners book. After traveling into the graveyard and discovering his laten summoning abilities, the amazingly curious Ignatius was brought into the world.
From there on it's a journey of deadly lessons and the luck to join the Vocans Academy in a far off city.

From here on, our hero will learn to control his skill, making new friends along the way - including some rather cruel enemies.
It is action packed, full of imagination and has an easy to follow story line for those who simply want to escape this world. Who knows... you might even be able to escape into the Ether, which is the world in where all demons originate from!!

With 390 pages on incredible story telling, I defiantly recommend this to any one who is a lover of Harry Potter or Lord Of The Rings!!

 The Inquisition,
(Book two)
Find it here - http://www.amazon.com/Inquisition-Summoner-Book-Two-Trilogy/dp/1250076315/ref=la_B00N7EYOSA_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1464083226&sr=1-1
Continuing the story of Fletcher, we have much more going on now. A year later and after the tournament at Vocans Academy, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Our hero, who was made victor, was taken captive and he along with Ignatius were locked away in the dungeons of Pelt.

Confronted with a trial designed to destroy all that he was and that of his close friend Othello, Feltcher is faced with a dark truth and ghosts of his past. Learning more of his origins and that of those around him, Feltcher has little time to dwell as he is thrust again into the line of fire in the hopes to protect Hominum.

Presented with a deadly mission, Fletcher must face along with other Vocans graduates a daring rescue and destroy mission deep within the Orcdom. With little more than his training at the academy and a year in a cell, does Fletcher have the know how to survive, or better yet- complete the mission?

With all breaths bated... i digress. Bring on book 3!!!

 Sylva, Fletcher & Othello

So... with out going all fangirl on you all... I would say that this addiction could get worse as time goes on. All we need now is for Hollywood to realize just how awesome this series is and roll with that!!!

BONUS: There is a prequel book available online only. Summoner - Origins
Find it here

I myself am about to sit down and read this one. For I was truly too excited for book 2 when it arrived here (i read it over the weekend). I am to understand that this book follows the story of Arcturus, whom of which discovered Fletcher in The Novice.... so! I leave you now with a sigh of passion to enjoy this story of another beloved character in the series!

Three cheers for Taran!!!
